F A Q’ S

Do you paint your orders live or from photos?

All wedding paintings are created using photo references. We recommend providing hi-res professional wedding photos for your orders for the best result.

How do I choose the best photo for my custom order?

It can be hard to pick among so many beautiful reference photos. I recommends sending 3-10 reference images with your order enquiry and I can help select the best option for your order. Read our photo tip sheet here

What artwork sizes do you offer? And how do I know which is best for me?

Choosing an artwork size is specific to your budget and where you intend to display your artwork. I offer 3 standard artwork sizes including A4, A3 and A2, and also accommodate custom sizing.

To find which size is best for you, I recommend measuring the sizes in the space you wish to display the work.
Read our size-guide here

How long do custom orders take to create?

Orders can take between 4-8 weeks to be completed, with an additional 2 weeks required for international deliveries.
However, I always try my best to accommodate your special-date deliveries, so please get in touch to discuss delivery dates if you are planning this for a gift.

If you require an order in 4 weeks or less please get in touch as soon as possible enquiries@adriennemonteverde.com

Is your work computer generated?

No, all paintings are hand-painted using only premium materials including watercolour and paper imported from Europe. I pride myself on ensuring all works I create are made using only the finest art materials.

Do you arrange custom framing?

Custom framing can be arranged for all NSW orders at request.
Alternatively, I also offer framing suitable for all A4 size artworks HERE

What are your payment terms?

For custom orders, full payment is required upfront in order for the painting process to begin.
If you are unable to make full payment upfront, a 50% deposit option is available.

Please note all deposits and pre-orders are non-refundable for change of mind.

Can I place an order before I receive wedding photos?

Yes, you can place an order and submit your photos at a later date (especially when purchasing as a gift) however, if possible, it’s best to provide a reference of the bride’s dress style so we can factor this into your order quote.

You can place a pre-order for an artwork HERE

Do you only paint weddings?

Not at all, I can work one-on-one with both private & commercial clients to bring any unique request to life.
Whilst I’m most recognized for my wedding illustrations, custom requests are highly welcomed.

Have a special request? Please get in touch HERE

What if my order arrives damaged?

I ensure each order is packed carefully to ensure safe delivery. This is a process that I take pride in, and you can be sure that your order is packaged safely and professionally for delivery no matter where in the world it is being sent.

However, in the extremely rare case your painting arrives damaged, I kindly ask that you get in touch immediately.
What to do:
If you receive your order damaged, please do not overhandle it. In order to assess the damage, I ask that you take photos of the damage, including the outer packaging as you received it. Please send all images via email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Without these images in this time frame, it becomes difficult for us to assess the situation.
