Australia Standard: 4 weeks
Australia Express: 1-2 weeks

Special date deliveries can be arranged at request.

Australia Standard: $10 - $20
International Standard $20 - $30

Express requests will be charged an additional fee

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

There are strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Orders are final once payment has been processed unless the product is deemed faulty or arrives damaged. (This includes pre-orders and deposits). If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to get in contact within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can assist you with your request.

*Please note: all custom orders go through a draft approval process - this allows each client the opportunity to approve their initial sketch before I begin the final painting. Please remember no refunds or exchanges can be provided, most especially in the case where the draft sketch has been approved by the client.

RETURN TO SENDER

If your parcel is returned (to us the sender) due to failure to collect from the post office, or issues with the postal address provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the reshipment.
