Bridal Illustrations
Australia Standard: 4 weeks
Australia Express: 1-2 weeks
International Standard: 6-8 weeks
International Express: 4 weeks

Due to limited intake, delivery dates vary pending availability & demand.
Your delivery date will be provided when you submit your enquiry

Delivery Costs

Australia Standard: $10 - $20
International Standard $20 - $30

Specific delivery costs calculated at checkout
Express requests will be charged an additional fee

Return to Sender Items

If your parcel is returned (to us the sender) due to failure to collect from the post office, or issues with the postal address provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the reshipment.

Return Policy

There are strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Orders are final once payment has been processed unless the product is deemed faulty or arrives damaged. (Includes pre-orders)

If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to get in contact within 24 hours of receiving the product so the artist can assist you with your request.

*Please note: all custom orders go through a draft approval process - this allows each client the opportunity to approve their initial sketch before I begin the final painting. Please remember no refunds or exchanges can be provided, most especially in the case where the draft sketch has been approved by the client.
